My planned April 4th flight to Iowa turned out to be much different then I had planned. Dad ended up in the hospital that day. After 3 nights at Jenny Hospital in Council Bluffs Iowa, we took Dad home on Hospice. I had 10 fabulous (a short time frame) with him. He passed away peacefully in his home on April 19, 2018 with family at his bedside.
